Return & Exchange Policy

At Taarini Collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy (for defective/damaged items only)

We only accept exchanges if the item you receive has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for an exchange:

• Mandatory: You must provide an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the defect at the time of opening. This is required for any exchange claim.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at taarinicollections@gmail.com.
• If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and sending you a replacement. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable / Final Sale Items

• All non-defective items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
